It's ironic that just as we hit our professional and personal stride and acquire a fully adult sense of confidence and competency, our aging bodies begin to betray us. But we don't have to let the march of time rain on our parade. In this experiential workshop, we'll discuss the latest research on how brain function changes with age. We'll explore issues like male and female menopause and how nutrition and supplements can boost physical energy, lift our mood, and improve both cognition and memory. Then we'll use individual and small-group exercises to help target areas of concern and formulate strategies that you can take home to create a personal plan for keeping your own mind and body in tip-top shape.
