620 PART 1 Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is based on the premise that what we ask determines what we find, what we find determines how we talk, how we talk determines how we imagine together, and how we imagine determines what we achieve together. During this highly interactive session, we'll learn about and experience AI firsthand. We'll examine the principles and theoretical underpinnings of AI and discuss its link to positive psychology, question-centered therapy, and social constructionism. We'll also examine how to apply AI in a variety of individual and organizational contexts, including leadership development, coaching, conflict management, strategic planning, and organization design.
