307 In the name of "truth," many therapists commonly insist on the disclosure of affairs as necessary to resolution and healing. In this workshop, we'll challenge some common assumptions about the importance of always revealing affairs. The presenter will offer a more complex and nuanced understanding of how to help couples deal with infidelity, including what to do when partners decide to keep affairs secret. Through actual case studies, we'll examine how to help couples repair their relationship in the aftermath of an affair, whether it's disclosed or not, and how to deal with the complex ethical issues involved.
