513 Aging triggers identity issues as powerful as those of adolescence, at a time when we're also coping with critical life-cycle changes, such as having our children leave home, our parents get ill or die, physical and financial worries, and retirement. This workshop will examine the developmental issues involved in aging for both our clients and ourselves. You'll learn how to utilize visualizations, role play, letter writing, and other expressive techniques that will help clients embrace this challenging state of life, rather than resist and deny it. You'll also explore ways of deepening your spiritual life, making peace with your past, and facing your future with grace.
