417 Why does a new therapeutic model take hold in a clinical setting where others have failed? How does one reengineer a setting for effective practice? Drawing on sources such as the diffusion of innovation theory and product engineering, this workshop invites you to explore effective strategies of innovation?strategies for bringing a therapeutic model into a setting and sustaining it there. You'll learn what attributes of ideas are crucial for successful implementation; how to assess the resources and barriers in a setting; and how to recognize and enlist key stakeholders in the process.
