Playback session - audio sample A child's imagination is a powerful weapon against anxiety, sadness, anger, fear, grief, conflict, and failure--if he or she knows how to make the most of it. In this experiential workshop, we'll discuss ways of helping children use their imaginations to overcome fears, deal with insomnia and other bedtime issues, cope with death and divorce, handle anger or frustration, get along with siblings, and achieve school success. You'll learn nine imaginative healing tools that children can use to access their own innate wisdom and intuition, including special breathing techniques, finding an inner peaceful place, meeting wise animals and personal wizards to act as guides, and using color and energy for healing. With these tools, children will be better able to understand themselves, feel safe, nurture their creativity, and make healthy life decisions.
