An Irish poet and philosopher who lives and works in a small cottage in the west of Ireland and speaks Gaelic as his first language, John O'Donohue is a brilliant and mesmerizing speaker with a remarkable capacity for transporting his audience into the world of poetic imagination. Says neuropsychiatrist Daniel Siegel, "Without jargon or dogma, he evokes a vision in people that helps them connect to their own true selves. He could be the poet laureate of therapy he is living poetry." In his keynote address, O'Donohue will explore how to awaken the subversive spirit of the imagination within our own hearts and more deeply inhabit our everyday lives.
